We are leaning towards New Perspective Island Shores for my mom. It looked awesome and was everything that I could have expected. They have beautiful rooms, a beautiful cafeteria, and a kitchen. You can order food throughout the day. It's top-notch. They have one bedroom. You've got your own kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The studio is the same setup, except that it's smaller but clean and fresh with brand new carpeting. The staff members were polite and very informative. You can have your own garden. You can cook out if you want and have your family over there. They do bus trips. They'll take you grocery shopping. They have a library. They accept pets there.

Island Shores overlooks the river in a very nice setting. The apartments were very nice and large. The people were very nice. The food looked nice, and they offered a menu with multiple things. They had a salon on-site, a library, and different activity rooms.

Island Shores had a lot of natural light and a variety of different styles, sizes, and layouts of apartments. The residents seem to be happy, and the staff is polite. They had a library, den area, and exercise room. The activities were posted.

The staff at Island Shores was fairly easy to work with and showed us everything we needed to know. The people were friendly. I liked the entire facility. The rooms were spacious and very nice looking. The dining room was really nice, too. They take the residents on bus trips to go shopping and stuff like that. It was a very nice facility.

It was fine. We visited one room that had a bed and a little bath with any other facility in there. The general atmosphere was nice, the area around it was nice, and the staff was very helpful.

Island Shores was too big a place. They would get lost in there. The staff were very knowledgeable, very nice, and considerate, and they sound like they care for their people. If they are able to get around decently, they'll be fine. It's a beautiful place.

I found very little wrong with Island Shores. It was tastefully decorated and clean. The Staff was attentive and professional. Upon entering the patient's room, I noticed how comfortable the room looked. Again, the room was clean and finely decorated. The care provided during my visit was exceptional. I know that my patient is getting extremely good care while residing there.
