About This Community
Waterford Senior Living offers a 56 apartment assisted living as well as a 29 apartment Memory Care. Both facilities offer spacious, beautiful, well thought out indoor and outdoor living spaces. Aside from amenities included for all residents (3 home cooked meals per day, snacks, a wide variety of activities, weekly housekeeping and linen care, trained compassionate staff 24 hours per day, wellness checks, private apartments with cable tv hook-up) we customize a specific care plan for each of our residents. Our goal is to help all of our seniors to live as independently as they want while offering them the assistance they need.

I went to Waterford Senior Living about a year ago, before the COVID shutdown. It was clean, it was very well staffed, they had a lot of activities, and the facility had a lot of higher-valued facilities and things for the residents, and that was very nice. That really stood out to me.

I did an in-person tour of Waterford Senior Living, and we are in the process of moving my mom there. We chose this facility because of the cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff, all of the guests that I saw there seemed very happy and engaged in the activities that they were able to provide during this time, and the precautions that they're taking to keep everyone safe during COVID. I was not there during food time, but the activities were varied. They had people doing readings in the hallway, and they had exercises going on at a safe distance.

Clean and helpful staff. Food is very poor quality...not edible for senior diets (meat tough, too much rice/pasta fillers, cucumbers served often, etc.) or senior dental issues. Food under or overcooked...alot of residents throw away their food. Need new menus and cook immediately.

We liked the people at Waterford Senior Living. We know quite a few of them. It's in the town we live in. The rooms were quite bare and small. We wanted a two-bedroom and they didn't have any, and we wanted bedrooms that had doors on them. The one-bedrooms with doors were fine. It had a chapel and an open space. It's built around a center park, and they have games in there and flowers and such. They had a list of activities on the board in the community room.

My mother is in memory care at Waterford Senior Living. They have more than enough staff for the residents, but they don't have the activities that I want to have for her because she likes to still get out. It's nice, and it never smelled like the other places. They have your typical garden. Her room is very typical. She had a queen-size bed in there, but she had difficulty walking, so we put in a twin size bed. It's a smaller room with a recliner and a bathroom. It's always clean. There's nothing fancy.

We’ve visited the Waterford Senior Living and loved it. Overall, it was a nice facility. It was clean, friendly, and put together well.

Waterford Senior Living was very pricey. They have a lot things that you need as far as person to cut your hair, nurses, and everything you could possibly ask for,including activities for the seniors. If you can afford it, than there would be ideal for senior citizen because they don’t have to go anywhere else. It was very nice. They have a garden, which the residents can take care of; it’s nice to have fresh vegetables. It was very clean. There’s nothing wrong with that place.

I have never met the most caring and kind people ever. My loved one is in the best Memory Care Facilities. I have found.The people there are professional from top management on down. Their is More care than i could ever give her. My loved one is only 71yrs old to be afflicted with this God Forsaken Disease. My opinion of Waterford Senior Living is top notch in my humble opinion. At least check it out. Trust me folks I am still dealing with SADNESS and GUILT. They are helping me by giving resources like support groups. Well enough about me. All i am going to say in closing. They give there residents the love, care, kindness and Respect they so rightly deserve and more.
