My mom fell and broke her clavicle and with her other problems Assisted Living was not an option. We choose Three Oaks because of its excellent Physical Therapy as my mom had used this service as an outpatient for years. We were very happy with this facility. Very good staff at all levels, from management to cleaning person. Very caring.

This place is dangerous. plain and simple its not safe. they are going to end up killing someone if they havent already .
When our Mom was there , some guy rolled off the curb on a sidewalk and cracked his head. food was terrible and medications were never on time and staff was grumpy. We were glad to get her out of there.

I stayed here for physical Therapy after a fall.
The therapy department was okay but the rest of the pace is not.
They dont have enough staff, I never got my pain medication on time. IF you hit teh call light be prepared to wait a long time until it gets answered. Some of the staff are kind of mean and the food is terrible. I would never go back and I would never want family to be put there. Dont be fooled by the nice building and the nice admissions person . She is nice. She should work in a nicer place . I feel bad for her.
But dont be fooled. Activites is a joke too, no one ever knows what is going on and they cancel them a lot.

Great room. Staff was wonderful. Physical therapy was excellent. Past patient. Referred my neighbor. Got a perm which lifted my spirits. Short-term stay -- the best.

Haven't given my family member a shower in 4 weeks. Not giving them their meds. Cancelling my loved ones doctors appts. When they needed to go to the ER, staff sat around and argued about who was going to sign them out to the paramedics because the staff is too lazy and does not care..paramedics were waiting..why do we pay $8000+ per month for this "care" ?!

I visited Golden Livingcenter. The staff seemed caring. They were able to answer my questions. Their rooms seemed to be clean, orderly, and adequate. They offered three meals a day. They had a calendar of events for the residents. Their physical therapy was the best in the city at that time when my friend was there.

My sister stayed at Golden Living Center Three Oaks. There were so many people there. The place smelled like medicine, like a hospital and didn't smell like a home. They did take good care of her but it cost three times as much as I'm paying now. It's a wonderful place and people were getting a lot of care there. I'll recommend this place to people who really needs a lot of care.

My mother was in 3 oaks in Marsfield.. Care was VERY VERY bad. We buried her 14 days later
