I did a tour of The Heritage. When we first went in, the staff was very welcoming. We thought for sure we'd have to be wearing masks when we walked in the door, and we didn't have to, which we liked. She took us around the front part of the facility and showed us the different things. We could see people playing cards and doing other activities, mom liked that. Then she took us to apartments, and we liked them. We looked at two of them, and they were both nice sized. The dining area is right straight in front when you walk in the door. There were people already in there doing some craft items, and doing some card games, I saw them doing an activity. The facility is very clean, it's very nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
