Very disappointing. Huge lack of organization, communication and conflict resolution from management. Good luck trying to get management on the phone, return a message or email! Staff can be snarky and rude. Customer service is terrible.. have to ask multiple times for something to be addressed.. Don’t be fooled by the fake facade that’s initially put on and “bells and whistles” of a newer looking facility. Meals are bland and small, even for an elderly person. Save yourself from stress and drama of dealing with this company!

Wright House Senior Living is a brand-new community. We just thought that they're too early on it because they only had eight residents during our tour. The apartments were small, but everything in the community is new. You can't exactly say that it's a Frank Lloyd Institute design, but it has a Frank Lloyd Wright feel to it. The public areas are gorgeous, but the apartments are small for this market. We were invited back to have a meal there. They don't have a very extensive library since they're new, and they haven't been there long enough for the residents to put a lot of books in them. They have everything there, and they've been open since September. I think the apartments are pretty tight for this market. This county that they're in, is the highest per capita income county in the state of Wisconsin. Very modest homes are very expensive, so they're sitting right in a very high-end community.

I found Wright House for my brother. The facility was relatively new. I was very impressed with the staff. He seemed very content there.
