It is a secure building on the outskirts of Germantown where you can watch turkeys and deer walk by from the living room window. The apartments are cozy and specifically designed for people with memory loss. The residents enjoy an active day and meals made from scratch, served by a dedicated team who are led by an industry veteran who is dedicated to the well-being of those we serve.

My father lives in Frontida of Germantown. They seem to be very caring, very patient, and very good. My father's room is just fine. The public areas are very nice. The dining room is well set up for the people in the facility. They do bingo, and other games and get them in the common area to do exercises. The grounds are very nice and well kept up, too.

My dad is now living at Tender Reflections of Germantown. So far, it has been fine. The employees are extremely kind and friendly to him. I think the meals are OK. He initially was complaining that he didn't get enough food, but I think if he asks for more, they're going to give him more. Also I appreciate the fact that when I go there to see my dad, it doesn't reek of urine, which is a big bonus for me. So far, there's really nothing I have been dissastisfied with; everything has been fine. I'm satisfied with what I have seen so far. The dining room is nice. I have eaten a couple of meals with my dad and I thought the food was very good when I ate with him. The menu varies from day to day and the food is pretty good. They do a good job with the activities. They have crafts, games, and puzzles all the time. It is very expensive for the amount of care my dad is getting right now when his care level isn't that high. However, from what I'm hearing and seeing, it sounds like it is pretty much the going rate.
