About This Community

Frontida Memory Care of Elkhorn is a purpose-built home for people who have dementia. It is a secure building on the outskirts of Elkhorn across the road from the Evergreen Golf Club. The suites are cozy and specifically designed for people with memory loss. The residents enjoy an active day and meals made from scratch, served by a dedicated team who are led by an industry veteran who is dedicated to the well-being of those we serve.

Frontida Assisted Living has provided award-winning care since 2009 throughout Southeast Wisconsin. In July 2022, Frontida began offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services in Elkhorn.

I went here. I had a tour with the facility manager. She was very thorough, very caring, and very knowledgeable about her position, the care, and the residents. The facilities are very clean, very wide open, very accessible, very bright, very friendly, and homey feeling. There was easy accessibility throughout the building and a lot of windows. They had a beauty salon on site, a physical-therapy office on site, an in-house pharmacy, and public gathering rooms. They have a pretty extensive menu.
