My mom has moved into Angels Touch, and so far, so good. The staff has been great. There seems to be plenty of space in the room. The food, at least from what I had, was very good. My mom has not been pretty active with activities, but they have 2 or 3 things at least a day to do aside from the old what-not, so they vary.

We're very happy with Angels Touch Assisted Living. I like that the staff, nurses, and CNAs are all very helpful, friendly, caring, and would tell you what's going on. My aunt's room is very nice. We brought in our own blankets, furniture, and whatever we wanted like a TV. It's very homey. The outdoor spaces are also very nice. They have a patio where we were able to visit with her, and we can also visit by the window; they are all really accessible. She likes the food, and she says it's good. Because of COVID, some of the things that they normally do they're not doing, but she still gets to interact with other residents, so that's good. This is a thousand times better than her previous facility. The value for the money is pretty good.

Angels Touch Assisted Living was nice, and it seemed to offer a lot of amenities. It was a larger facility, but it wasn't a fit for my in-laws. The dining area was nice and big. The staff seemed very helpful.

Mom (who is 100) has been a resident for over 2 years. She is treated with respect and in a very loving manner by the caregivers. We also receive calls very quickly if there is a problem. The facility is well-maintained and nicely decorated for the seasons. We would suggest piped-in music from the 30s and 40s to liven their brains and give them joy. Most of the residents really can’t connect to the TV, do activities, or read anymore so it would give them something to concentrate on. It’s been proven that music wakens the brains of older people.

Angel's Touch Assisted Living was absolutely fabulous. I didn't have any complaints. They were very caring. We had a four-day blizzard while he was there and I was very worried because I couldn't get there. I thought they must be shorthanded. One of the owners went out in their truck and picked up the workers and brought them home. They really liked my husband. There were times when we rang the bell that they didn't come immediately because they were caring for someone else, but they certainly tried. I couldn't ask for more. They fed them well and checked on them constantly. The staff was wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, and even new people who came in were learning things. They didn't have a big turnover. It was so clean. They had very nice religious services and they had activities, but he didn't really take part in most of that.

My father lived in this facility in 2009 he passed away there. I was so happy with the staff who were understanding and caring. I first noticed the homey feeling there. Not clinical at all. The birds outside and the flowers made it feel special to my father. When we had questions about death and dying they helped us understand. We recommend this facility to anyone. The meals were wholesome. The pain management was a concern and they addressed it well. The close proximity to the highway also helped with our out of town family. Basically respect needs to be earned and they did that for us . During the night they contacted us with any changes. My mother was allowed to stay in the room with my father on a cot they provided. It was my fathers last birthday that June but we felt he was at peace and everything was done to make him comfortable. My sister came up from Florida and they let her stay all night long.
