My mom is in Allouez Parkside Village and I'm very satisfied at this point. The staff appears to be very receptive and very caring, and they're taking good care of her right now. The community layout is very open and very easy to get around. They can improve on having a little bit more consistency with having the same caregivers available. They have an exercise group, they do church service, they do local news and activities like that to keep everybody up to date.

My husband moved into the Allouez Parkside Village two weeks ago. It's very good. I have five other relatives that had loved ones there and they recommended it highly. It was built by a Belgian. We live in a Belgian community and I felt good that it was a Belgian man that started it. The staff that I have contact with, Heidi, Holly, and Debbie are great and have been very good people to work with. It's far from my house, but it's in Green Bay and all his doctors are in Green Bay. It's very easy and accessible. It's open, cheery, very clean, smells good, and the staff is very friendly. I think the food is good and healthy.

Allouez Parkside Village By Hillcrest is excellent, has great care, and it's a very nice and new facility. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They have different types of rooms, like 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom, and they're always large. They have an area with a fireplace, there are a lot of activities, and they have outside patios. The location is excellent, and the pricing is comparable.
