I went for my scheduled tour on March 3rd, 2023, at 1 pm. I introduced myself to the receptionist and told her I was there for my scheduled tour. She told me the woman who gave the tour decided to take the day off. A maintenance man came through the reception area, and the receptionist asked if he could give me a tour. He said sure. I asked the receptionist if he could answer the financial questions, and she stated probably not.
I have never seen such a non professional organization as Eden East. I give it -10 stars. Some one needs to look at the organization and see where they are and where they need to go.

The assisted living was sort of new, well-kept, and pretty clean. There are low incidences of COVID, the staff seemed warm and helpful, and the residents seemed friendly and nice. It seemed like a nice facility. The apartments we saw were decent. They have 1-bedrooms and the efficiency apartments. They were unfurnished so you have to provide your own furnishings. The efficiency ones didn't have their own shower in some of them, so you had to go down the hall to the shower, but that was okay. They had a library, a TV room, and a piano room. They also have a cafeteria type of facility.

My sister moved in. The rooms are spacious, and most of them kitchenettes, so it's more like an apartment than an institution. It's extremely clean, everybody is very helpful, and we like everyone there. The people that live there all seemed pleased with the facility. They have a game room. I don't really know the list of activities, but that's not why we chose the place (the activities were not important to us). The person we met was very knowledgeable and explained the different type of licenses in the state of Wisconsin. She was very helpful. They help the residents get dressed, help them with mobility issues, laundry, and they have a van for transportation available two days a week that's wheelchair accessible.

My mother chose it because it made her feel safe, and she’s very comfortable there. The staff are very friendly, and my mom says they are always cleaning her room. She seems very happy with everything there. The minute my mom walked in here, she said this is the place she wanted to go.
