Wayside Parkview Estates is a facility that is made up of 18 individual spacious apartments that was designed for your convenience and comfort. The staff here will encourage you to be independent and will help you help yourself. However, when the time comes that you require assistance, our supportive and trained staff will be here to provide the excellent care you deserve.

Wayside Parkview Estates serves as a tangible expression of God's love by responding to the needs of the elderly, ever mindful of the worth and dignity of the individual. We address the needs of each person, seeking to offer a full range of quality residential and health care services.

Our residents cannot resist hanging out on our comfortable living room as they make new memories while having a glass of tea. We have a full service beauty salon and barbershop where residents can get their hair cut or permed. Residents eat heartily together on our remarkable dining room where socialization is promoted.

Residents can choose from a variety of floor plans we offer. We have one bedroom, two bedroom and companion suites. All homes has its own bathroom, living room, kitchen and handicapped accessible. Here resident’s independence and privacy is celebrated. They have individually locked entrance and indoor keyed mailbox.

Available Services

Our staff are available 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and security of our residents. We provide assistance in daily activities (bathing, grooming, and dressing), medication management, and mobility. We also have wireless call system installed in each room to make sure residents can get the help they need whenever.

We have a lot of prepared activities to provide enrichment and stimulation. We have games, routine exercise, games, outings and parties. We also provide residents housekeeping, laundry service and maintenance.

My in-laws moved into Wayside Parkview Estates, and so far we're very pleased. The staff is really nice, caring, the meals have been excellent, and the facility is very clean and well kept. I know they usually have one social hour a month. They invite other people to come in, they have an exercise almost every day, they have entertainment coming in, especially through the holidays, and they offer craft activities. The staff follows up on residents who miss their meals, but they could also get my in-laws more involved in activities. They always offer alternatives for the meals, and they're very open to making sure the residents get something they like. It's one of the nicest facilities I've been in, the price is really good, and it was the cheapest place we went to visit. The care the residents are getting is excellent.

I'm living at Wayside Parkview Estates. It's a smaller facility. It has 18 apartments and they're all the same size. My room is very nice, and it is very comfortable. I like the homey atmosphere and the home cooking. They serve family style. Because of its size, you get to know everybody by their first name, including the employees. The one that I really enjoy a lot is singing. There's a group that comes in twice a month and since I enjoy singing, I get to sing along with them. The rest of the residents sing along too. I enjoy Bingo very much, and I play several times a week. We have exercises and they always have music with them. They have activities where we can participate in making things. The food is always good, it's home cooked, and it has no fancy names. The staff is extremely cordial. Everybody is known by their first name and they are very comfortable with the residents and vice versa. I really like the place. There seems to be enough going on, so much so that you may not be able to participate in everything. It's an outstanding facility.
