We toured Marvin's Manor Waupun. The staff that we met was taken a little aback that we were there. She showed us the pantry where they keep the food, and all the bread that they served the residents were sitting on the floor. That kind of gave me the creeps. We saw all these packages of Hamburger Helper. And she was very complimentary that her son was the chef, but I can sling on Hamburger Helper on any day of the week. We were not impressed at all. And then we went into the shower room where they had showered someone and there was a commode in there that was a mess. She was kind of embarrassed about that. This was a very sad place. My mother would have had to share a room or she could have had her own room, but she would have her room and then a bathroom, and that's it. It was much smaller. When you look out the window, it's a parking lot and you see a Culver's Restaurant. That's what they get to look at all day.
