The staff at SSM Health St. Clare Meadows Care Center was really great and dedicated. They're understaffed and overworked, but they take care of whoever is in their building and help them be comfortable. The rooms were a little small. It's just a little studio, but it was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly. The activities were great, and they do a lot of things in the community. They had a shuttle bus that will take you to Concerts on the Square, downtown marketplace, farmer's market, event center, Madison, and Albert Gardens. They had a good volunteer staff. My mother was there for rehab. The food was good, all made fresh for the most part, and was pretty tasty.
