I love Willow Lane, the building itself, the perfect layout, the activities, the grounds, and the people who work there. It seems that the people who work there have worked there for some time. They don't have a big turnover. I would have had my dad there. He liked it, but towards the end, he got sick of looking. It was actually my first choice and my daughter's first choice. The staff during the tour was very personable and knowledgeable. The finance end of it left us a little cold. If you want to get on a waiting list, it costs $1500, nonrefundable. If you want to reserve a room, it was $4800, nonrefundable. If you reserve the room and then for some reason, you couldn't get there, that money was just lost.
