Primrose Retirement Community of Appleton was real nice. They had two-bedrooms and everything was new and in good shape. The layout was OK too. They had some washers and dryers. The only thing that I thought that they were missing was the coat closet and a pantry room. We only talked to the chef and never got to taste the food.

We are choosing Primrose of Appleton for my mom because it's very nice, the staff seems informative and it just seemed like a good fit. Their dining room is spacious and they're still working on how they're going to be using it during the COVID because right now the residents are eating in their apartments. The staff is caring and accommodating. They have a movie theater, a chapel, an exercise room, they have large group and small group activities, and coffee klatch.
