I loved coming and spending time with the residents before the covid issues. I miss spending time with them. The staff was always so nice and offered me a drink and a snack. I loved volunteering and doing activities with them. Cant wait for everything to open back up so I can get back in there again to visit.

We love to see all the residents in the house because they are always sitting out and talking. They all love to sit and chat outside in the summer and the residents welcome everyone to join in the chat and talk. The staff are always very pleasant with me and offer me to join in snacks and beverages with everyone else.

Staff and Management have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They always have fun activities going on and the atmosphere feels like you are at home with the love and positive attitudes from everyone. The residents are very welcoming to new residents and they are more then excited to tell you how much they love being here. Staff always has a smile on their face and is willing to help answer your questions or find the answer for you. I could not be more pleased with having my family member here. I feel like a part of the Our House family every time I walk in the door.

I didn't have a whole lot of time to tour Our House Senior Living, but everything looked very nice and clean. It is the place that my dad was most interested in going to. The people were very pleasant. The staff member who showed me around was very pleasant as well. The dining area was clean and pleasant-looking.

Chippewa Falls Assisted Care and its rooms looked nice, but I did not like the locale. My dad likes to get out and walk, but he'd be right in traffic. Everybody that I talked to was very helpful, very willing to give me a tour, and answered all my questions. The residents were playing with a balloon in one place and the others were doing cards in another place. The food was OK, but the dining area was kind of crowded.
