My mother likes the care at Crescent Health Care better than the previous community although she still has her complaints. The staff has been friendly and nice, some say they'd give her a bath but then they don't and then 3 days later they finally give her a bath. My mother says she likes the food and that's good. She had a roommate and there were 4 people who shared a bathroom, because she and her roommate and another shared room had an adjoining bathroom. But she had IBS so she really didn't like that, so now she is in a private room. But even with a private room, she still has to share her toilet which is in between her and another resident with a private room. For the cost, she still has to share a toilet. The closet is teeny-weeny although a little bigger in the private room, but she has a nice chair in her private room.

Crescent Health Care took excellent care of my grandmother. The staff was extremely compassionate and very attentive to my grandma's needs while she was there. My grandmother passed away while at Crescent but it gave our family great comfort knowing she was well taken care of during her last days with us. Crescent Health Care felt like home and the staff made us feel like family. Great facility and excellent care!!

My mom was in their care for 7 weeks and in that time they were able to get my Mom walking again, feeding herself and other personal accomplishments. The nurses have hearts of gold. The staff was very helpful at all times. I know because I was there everyday during my Mom's rehabilitation. I would recommend this facility very much. I give many thanks for the supporting staff ( Administration, laundry, cooks, all the assistants to the nurses,) My experience as a concerned daughter, looking out for my Mom's welfare, was ever so positive.

Crescent Care is the only place he had to go when he had to be out of the hospital as nobody would accept him at that time, and I am not happy with them. My insurance is paying for rehab, he didn’t have a good rehab, and I didn’t agree with was happening with the facility. They don’t have enough people to help and don’t care about the patients. They do feed him; they are not bad, and I appreciate that.
