We toured The Creekside. It was very nice. The people there were very nice, too. The staff who gave me the tour was a 5. She made sure that we got all the information we needed to find out about what they take care of, what they offer, and what the prices are. They have apartments there.

My mom and sister moved into The Creekside. My mom seems to like it. It seems like a nice place, but I think they're getting a little short-staffed now. Most of the staff members seem nice. Some of the staff is changing, so they do not have as much exercise. The bus route is shut down because they don't have a driver for it. They can only go somewhere once a week or something. They do seem to keep the facility nice and clean. Most of the time, my mom likes the food, but not all the time. My mom liked the activities, but with staff shortage, they cut back.

The Creekside has 90 residents. I met Katie and she was great. They provide two meals a day and they said you could negotiate for fewer meals. They have physical therapy on-site and there's a Gold's gym across the street. It was on a steep hill, so walking across wouldn't be very comfortable for me. They included a landline with their fees. So, that was kind of a nice thing. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, too. The place was very beautiful.
They have a movie room, but the chairs were not comfortable-looking. It's not far from restaurants and stuff, but it wasn't a very pretty area. It was near the freeway. They had very elegant common areas. They had a fountain and they have some events. We even met a couple that was about to leave and go someplace.

I am so impressed with Creekside! My mother moved in to her Creekside apartment in the summer of 2020. Even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have taken the utmost of care and precaution to make her move-in seamless.
I've had people ask me since whether I was worried that mom moved during these uncertain times. My answer is "Absolutely not!" and I feel actually better because I know she is not trying to navigate all of this alone. She has an abundance of above & beyond assistance at Creekside including safe screening policies, meal delivery if she likes, transportation options and much more. As I live out of state, I would have been very worried if she was still living on her own -- and she feels the same.
The Creekside apartments are beautifully appointed and the help they give residents to move in and get oriented is top-notch. My mom had moved out of her home of 50+ years (so it was a big change!) and she continually tells me how happy she is at Creekside, how she loves the staff and all they have to offer her so she can actually relax and enjoy each day. She also has thoroughly enjoyed (safely) interacting with other residents which is a plus as seniors are currently having to isolate at every turn. This peace of mind, and again knowing the extensive safety measure they are taking to protect their residents, is why I highly recommend Creekside.

I like The Creekside. The dining area and apartments were quite nice. I didn't get a real good feeling about how interested the people were in my tour, but that happens sometimes. They had a full calendar of activities. I like where it's located. I liked the size of the windows in the apartments and I just liked the looks of the inside of the place. The decorations and colors they used were nice. It's a little expensive, but I'm finding that I may have to go a little more expensive than I want to. Lunch wasn't anything fancy, but it was OK.

The Creekside in Woodinville was nice, clean, and newer than other places. It's not a very large community. The person who gave us the tour was OK, but she wasn't their usual person for the job, so she wasn't very informative. They were having a concert at the time we were there. The one thing that I didn't care for was that the care for the assisted living part was separate from the facility. It seemed like there was a disconnect.

We liked the management at The Creekside. The only thing we didn't like about it is the location, since it's in the junction of two fairly busy roads and there's nowhere to walk there. However, we were pleased with the rooms and we liked them.

The Creekside was nice. The staff was great. The room that I was looking at was right next to the dining room and was on the ground floor.

The Creekside was very good, modern, up to date, and on our shortlist of places for my mom. They're working toward assisted living. The rooms sizes were good, and the updates were fresh and very clean. The kitchen cabinets and counters were nicely done. They had a washer and dryer in the units. We ate lunch there, and the food was good and fresh. The location was good and within walking distance to the downtown area. The value was comparable to others.

I will complete my first year at The Creekside in December (2016). As an 86 year old widower, I could not hope for a better place to spend the rest of my days. The availability of activities keeps me as busy as I want to be and the meals are outstanding. The staff is friendly, helpful and make you feel like family

My parents are in The Creekside. It's so far from what I had expected and I like it. The rooms are functional. They have a salon and activities. I have eaten there with them, and it tasted fine.

We visited The Creekside. We were impressed by it, but the price was a little bit higher than we thought it would be. The rooms were fine. In fact, some of them were much better than where we're at. However, the common dining room was a little bit smaller than I expected it to be, and there were not as many people in it. Also, there wasn't much social going on at that time. It was just before noon when we visited.

I had my keys and was ready to move in to The Creekside in Woodinville, but I had a stroke a week earlier, and I ended up going to the hospital instead. It was a smaller community, which I liked because I came from a small community in Idaho. It had a lot of trees, and to the back of it was a mall, but it wasn't where you looked right out on it. It had a corner unit also that was available. It had washer and dryer in each apartment, and I really need that, which was one of the things that made me choose them. The staff were helpful and just very good people to work with. I talked to a lot of the residents there, and they really seemed to enjoy the lifestyle there and the fact that they were within walking distance from a mall and a lot of places to go eat and a lot of fun things to do in the area. Another factor was in talking to the people there, they seemed to have a little younger attitude than the folks at the other place. They had different parties where they dressed up and had fun together.
There were two different buildings. The one building that I had chosen was the one where they had their meals together at set times instead of like in the second building where you could eat anytime between 7:00 in the morning and 7:00 in the evening. The two buildings were close by, and they each had a little bit of a different personality, but they all seemed to be very energetic and happy with their lives. There were people working on puzzles, and their chef was just outstanding. I enjoyed the whole thing there at Woodinville.

They were very friendly at The Creekside. I do not know why, but I did not like it. There was nothing wrong with it. The staff showed me, my son, and my daughter-in-law around, and they liked it. The rooms and apartments were nice. They had large closets that were nice as well.
