I went to look at Prestige Senior Living at East Wenatchee. I was surprised at how many of the staff have been there for ten to 16 years. They genuinely love their jobs and love caring for their residents. The physical appearance was pretty average. It's a little bit of an older facility. The way the staff interacted with the residents was very upbeat and positive. And also, the residents seemed very happy and upbeat. Those were what stood out in my mind, not the physical building. The chefs have been there a long time. They have doctors that come to the facility. The staff that handles medications was head and shoulders above anybody else that I've seen. They're very organized and well-trained. They know how to do wound care. They had very competent staff there.
