Highgate genuinely cares for their people. It is an outstanding place because of their staff and the actual facility. First of all, the facility is gorgeous with beautifully clean rooms and is safe. They have multiple safety pull cords in the apartment, many people that check on my mom frequently and have great protocols for Covid in this unprecedented time. The staff is a wonderful, caring group that checks on my Mom often, too. I commonly hear staff in the backgound when I call my mom. The people of Highgate are extremely friendly, pleasant and very patient while interacting my mom. The staff is always cheerful in the background and try to accommodate my mother's needs and wants. Many staff members are on speed dial and I am told to call them anytime with concerns or questions. Highgate staff sincerely want to do what is best for my mom and our family.

Highgate is a friendly and welcoming place. The staff are all very attentive and carng. The meals are yummy!

The staff is very friendly and professional. They have been quite supportive during this difficult transitional time. The rooms are clean brite. I feel my father is in a safe loving place.

We moved my father into Highgate on March 3rd. We have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their desire to help my father. Everyone has made an effort to help him adjust to living at Highgate! The facility is lovely, the dining room looks like a nice restaurant and his room is roomy and beautiful. We are happy that we choose Highgate!

I recently moved my mother to Highgate from her home of 60 years. Needless to say, I was very concerned about her emotional adjustment. The caring staff at Highgate made the transition far smoother than I ever thought possible. In no time, they all knew her name and her preferences, which they have done a great job of catering to. The activities are a great motivation to stay active and involved and my mom is in better shape, both physically and emotionally, than I have seen her in quite some time. Thank you!

My Mom is in the Cottage at Highgate. We tried her living with us and also out of her home. We then tried two other places. It was a blessing to come across Highgate. We had other relatives before that lived there and had heard they were good. They are so good and so loving. This is truly the best place I have seen. Mom is safe and happy. Thank you!

Highgate is a great place for my husband's parents. The facility is clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. We had a bad experience at another facility and we are very thankful to have a place like Highgate available.

My Father recently moved to Highgate after poor experience in another facility. We are so pleased with his progress and the improvement in his condition. They immediately put all the right support resources in place including safety precautions. Nursing staff is right on top of what is needed. Caregivers are hard workers and are very pleasant.
After a recent visit and a meeting with the nursing staff, we are comfortable that we made the right decision.

Highgate is probably the best Senior housing in Wenatchee. My mother is very comfortable, happy, and well cared for.The employees seem to be fond of the residents and fairly happy with their work, which is important.

This facility is excellent. It contains both full care for Alzheimer's patients, like my wife, and independant living.
