My mother moved into Prestige Assisted Living at Hazel Dell. They have good staff. They seemed caring. It was clean, and they took her insurance. Her room worked for her great. She was very happy. It was well-run and well-managed. They have friendly staff. They're willing to work with you, with your insurance, which I thought was pretty cool.

Horrible. I wish I could give it zero stars! My grandma is here right now at the hand of her so called POA. This place is worse than a nursing home! There is not enough staff and the rooms are horrible. Like being in the military in unsatisfactory conditions. People steeling things, toilet paper not filled in the bathrooms, I am disgusted. My grandma has enough money to be in a nice place and was put here. Please do not put your loved one here. I am going to try to get her out.

We saw Prestige Assisted Living. It is too expensive. The rooms/apartments were just standards, nothing to write home about. Also I felt like it was too big of a facility for me. The day that we were there, there was a lady screaming for help, and nobody was helping her. They need to improve on communication, money, and taking care of their people.

Of all the places I have visited, Prestige is the only place I was not impressed in. It’s an older facility and although it seemed to be clean, it was dark. The person that they had giving us a tour was not as professional as I thought should have been. They had said we should come and have lunch and they never even offered us lunch. That would not be a place that I would consider. They had a lot of people getting ready to go somewhere when I visited.
