An independent living and assisted living community, Royal Park Retirement Center offers studios, one- and two-bedroom floor plans for seniors. Staff is available 24/7 and can provide individualized care and assistance, including activities of daily living and medication management. Additional health services are available and include monitoring vital signs, blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and oxygen and mobility assistance. Thereâ€™s also a hearing aid clinic.

The facility features several amenities to improve residentsâ€™ quality of life. Three meals a day are provided restaurant-style in the dining room, and the chefs can cater to specialized diets. Housekeeping and laundry service are available, and transportation services are offered for seniors to attend local medical appointments, errands and activities. The facility also offers an extensive calendar of daily activities, weekly outings and seasonal events.

Our experience with Royal Park Retirement Center has been very good. I like the people that work there. They have all kinds of activities going on. They have three meals a day. They assist my mother with her showers, with getting down to the meals, and pretty much anything that she needs. She just has to call and they will help her. They have transportation as well. The apartments are very cozy, they had a warm feeling, and were nice. The staff is excellent and very caring. The food is great. It's very clean and they keep everything real nice.

Royal Plaza's staff was nice, but the place didn't have many amenities. The cleanliness wasn't good, and the food was not as good as it used to be. The place is not what it used to be. When you first go in the door, it's not friendly because there's no one there to greet you. It's like a nursing home. I wouldn't place anybody there.

The service at Royal Plaza was implacable, incredible, and wonderful. I would recommend it to a lot of people. The staff were incredible and the amazing thing was there wasn't that much turnover. My grandmother was there for almost 10 years and they have the same staff for that amount of time.

The staff seems very helpful, kind, and attentive. Whenever my grandparents need anything in their apartment, the staff makes sure they get it promptly. The facility is very quiet and clean. And the residents are all very kind-hearted. I always feel welcome and comfortable when I visit there.
