We went to Ridgeview Place. They're the ones with a smaller refrigerator and no sinks in the room. It was very nicely decorated, but the meeting area wasn't as large as the other place. Like if you were to have extended family and you want to get together and visit, it wasn't very large, but it was very nice. They had a nice activity room, but it was upstairs, and my mom doesn't like elevators particularly, so that would have been an issue for her. But the lady that gave the tour was extremely nice.

We had a tour at Ridgeview Place Assisted Living and Memory Care. We like the people, we like the staff and they were very helpful. They gave us a tour, they explained things to us in great detail. We were able to see the place for ourselves, we walked around and we liked the facility. I found the staff to be very personable, they explain to us everything. They have all the amenities you think you'd ever need. I thought it was great, it was beautiful, and I appreciated that the staff was very informative and helpful.

Ridgeview Place Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice and very small. It was a very nice place. The people that we talked to were very pleasant, very informative, and they showed us around. We saw two or three different rooms and different sizes. They have a ton of activities. The tour was great. It was very informative, and they answered all our questions and showed us around. At the time, we were going to look at what they had and tell Betty. The building was very clean and very nice. It's a small community, which is fine, too.

Our mom was here for 3 months. Caregivers are poorly trained and grossly understaffed. Staff is not trained in basic caregiving. Response times for assistance was 15 minutes or longer, at night could be 39-45 minutes. Some of the caregivers were rude, and made my mom feel like she was bothering them when she pressed her pendant for assistance. Caregivers are not aware of residents basic needs, many times due to short staffing they were preoccupied with other task such as kitchen cleanup, laundry etc that resident care suffered. My mom was not mobil so she relied on the staff to bring meals. Several times meals were missed or she was fed soup multiple times because they ran out of food served in the dining room. Director was horrible and rude, people like that should not be in the caregiving business. If your loved one needs extra help this is NOT the facility for them.

My first impression of Ridgeview Place Assisted Living and Memory Care was that it was extremely clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly. I was surprised that their rooms were quite nice. I love big closets, and there's one room that I looked at that had a huge closet. It was just fantastic, and the view from the window was very nice. The dining area looked quite nice and spacious too. The outside area was very nice. There was an area where they could have barbecues, and there's a nice lawn area for the pets. They have activities like bingo, books that they can read, games, and activities to take them out of the home. The person who gave me the tour was also excellent.

Ridgeview Place Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice inside and clean. They had activities going on, but my mom didn't fit in the financial part. It was pretty spendy. There's a courtyard in the back, and the people were just really friendly. We toured the activity room, and the residents were all around a table. We didn't get to physically talk to them, but they were talking among each other, and they seemed pretty happy. It was a pretty nice environment. I don't know how old the building is. I think it is a little bit older, but you could tell they remodeled it and I didn't notice any smell. The person who took us on the tour was very nice. She just went out of her way when she realized this was out of my mom's budget. She gave us some other referrals and other people to talk to that would probably fit her more financially. She sent me a long email about information and stuff. She didn't have to do that, but she took the time.

My mom moved into Ridgeview Place Assisted Living and Memory Care two days ago. The staff is very attentive and concerns are met fairly rapidly. If the patient needs something or needs assistance, they're pretty quick in response, which is really important. The facility is nice and clean, and I thought well priced. My mom has a pretty large room because she's in a wheelchair, and there's plenty of room for her to wheel around in there. She seems to like the food. She said that her lunch the other day was excellent. They've been up there, and they were talking to her yesterday about different things that she'd want to do. I know that she's expressed things that she wants to do, and the life care coordinator will get her on board with those. The facilities are very well kept up and very clean. You don't see things out of place. It's easy for patients in wheelchairs for accessibility. Those are very important when you have a disabled parent. They were very accommodating at making changes in her apartment so that she could reach things. They moved the microwave. They lowered the bar so she can hang her clothes up. She doesn't have to try to get out of her wheelchair to stand on something to reach her clothes. I thought that was just outstanding. We're very happy. I've seen the room that they have for their activities and stuff. And when we were moving her in on Saturday, I saw that they had quite a few of the residents doing a little ice cream social. That was kind of cute, and I'm sure that they'll have lots of little things that she'll probably be going to.

I really personally liked Ridgeview Place. It was an excellent price and it was a small facility. I personally would have picked that spot for my mother-in-law, but I'm just the daughter-in-law. For just a walkthrough, I was very impressed.
