Sinclair Place looked nice. They showed me a room and it looked very nice with a good environment and a nice big shower stall. They were accommodating to put in pulls whenever it's needed for assisted living. They could probably add a little bit of upgrade/maintenance to the place, but overall, it looks just fine. The staff seemed very nice, very accommodating, and very personable. They facilitate a bunch of different things and schedules of events, too.

Sinclair Place was lovely. It was very pleasant. It had a very nice energy to it. The little studio that they showed me was modern, clean, and very well designed. The lady that helped me was very accommodating, very friendly, very informative, and answered all my questions. This place was very nice and very close. My mother would have enjoyed it. The little bit that I saw of the dining room, there were just a lot of happy-looking people in there. There were men and women, very well dressed, and it smelled good. It was a very pleasant-smelling place. There are no odors to it. It just was very clean.
I loved Sinclair Place, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was like a very nice, smaller hotel. They had elevators and such, but it wasn't massive hallways; it wasn't overwhelming. She could have easily maneuvered herself in, and especially if somebody took her to and from the dining room. I think at some point she would have remembered how to get to her dining room, and she would really like the socialization. That's really why I want her in a home because she's very social and would do well with socialization, which she doesn't get right now. I was very happy with it. The staff spent a lot of time with me. Right from the time you drove up to it, there's good easy parking. I saw the residents were coming in and out as they wanted. There was a little gazebo in the middle of the front area. I thought how very pleasant to sit there and visit with someone. It's even well located. It's at a dead-end sort of, but in a nice neighborhood. It is very well located.

My mother will be moving into Sinclair Place. She chose it herself. The staff was lovely and just really connected with me when I first went with my sister, and then really with my mom. It was smaller than the other one that she had looked at. My mother was born and raised in Sequim, so this is coming home after 70 years, so it's very close. She can look out basically and see the same view that she grew up with. The dining room was beautiful, light, and bright. There were only a couple of things that she wanted, and one was that she did not want to spend her day in the same room she was going to sleep. She's coming from her own home. The air-conditioning was important. The bathroom's selling feature was that it's absolutely handicap accessible while all of the other ones she visited had a shower that she would have to step up and over. She was so relieved to see the setup there and that there were emergency pull cords handy and had their own internal life alert pendant system. She was quite happy.

I've looked at Sinclair Place, but I think the person has to be a little more independent than my husband is. They have their own little apartments, people will come and help them, but nobody will keep an eye out for them all the time. Everybody has their own room, and they could get twenty-four-hour care. If they need help, they have a pendant they wear, and when they push the button someone will come in. Every extra service they require would cost more money; it seemed they could get awfully expensive. There was a young lady who took me into one empty room that is something similar to where my husband would be placed, and I would love it for myself. The bathroom was big, and the grab bars are all aligned in the shower; it was absolutely perfect. Along the hallways, there were those railings to hold on to, and there were elevators going up to the second floor. There are no faults with the place, except my husband is too demanding and would need more attention than they can give.

My mother-in-law is living in Sinclair Place. The people have been wonderfully helpful and generous and have worked really well with us during all of the Covid issues to try to accommodate her as much as we can and see her in a safe way, so that we're not accidentally bringing something to the residents. We feel very confident that she's being looked after and all of the residents are cared for and that they're doing the best job that they can to minimize any exposure that the residents have.
She chose a studio, which is small but adequate. It's everything that she needs. It's clean and well maintained, so we're really pleased with that. The bathroom is lovely, better than mine here at home. They have movies, bingo, and some games. Right now, she has mostly just enjoyed getting to know people. A lot of those activities have been suspended because of Covid. They have a van to take people out and about, but they're not doing that. She has mostly talked about just enjoying sitting and visiting and getting to know people because she's so new there. She has two little dogs which she takes outside, and they go for walks and she's enjoying that a lot. They have a little gazebo out front where we can go and with safe distancing, we can sit and visit with her for a little bit of time. I don't think that it's the most luxurious place, but it's very nice, clean and well maintained. The grounds are nice. It's not elegantly landscaped or anything, but it's well kept. It's very clearly cared for.
They're a little understaffed right now and if someone needs help, it makes their response times a little bit slower, but the staff there is really very lovely and really very caring for their people. They're doing an excellent job of providing for what money they charge.

My mom has been at Sinclair Place for five months. She loves the people and the management. They’re very caring, personable, and incredibly helpful. She just feels right at home there. My mother is staying in a studio, but it is spacious and doesn’t feel cramped. Everything is clean, well maintained, and easily accessible for her. She said the food is good and have nice menu choices that they can check off for what they would like to eat each day. They have groups that are assigned to tables, so she always gets tablemates. They have weekly runs to Walmart that she goes on every now and then. They have movie nights and Wii bowling tournaments that she has participated in and do read-alouds of different books that she has enjoyed. There’s space to work on puzzles with friends. I think Sinclair has been a great place for her. They work with us to solve any problem that have come up. I can say there is nothing that needs changing.

The name of the place is Sinclair. It's a small place, but everything is good. The cleanliness is above average. My mother-in-law will be up there in a couple of weeks. The atmosphere seems pretty nice, and everybody seems happy. The staff is good. We had lunch, and it was good. The dining room is more restaurant style. They have an activity person and stuff. We chose it because of the location. We wanted to be in Sequim.

My mom moves in to Sinclair Place. It is a very friendly and happy place. It has very lovely apartments and very nice people. They have very friendly staff. They have an activities director who talks to every resident and builds their activities around with the residents' like. They do a lot of stuff. They have a beautiful dining hall that is always set with linens. There is a lot of sitting areas throughout the facility. They have a nice library. There are computers and internet access. There are several places where people can gather and watch television together. There are game areas and exercise rooms. My mom is very happy there. They are consistently very helpful and very caring. I will encourage people to have their parents move there.

Clean. Friendly staff throughout. Variety of room plans. Was told by others that staff turns over a lot but I didn't get that feeling. Was looking for accommodations for both a mother and a father. Mom liked it and was ready to move in. Dad refused due to available rooms being on second floor and too far from elevator.

It was very nice. It seemed to be very clean. The medication management seemed to be adequate. The food seemed to be excellent for the patients. The rooms were very nice. It's large, roomy, and clean, with really good lighting. They had large windows for the people to be able to look out. It was very bright looking. They had separate bathrooms. Every one of the patients had a nice area there to themselves. It's almost like a home, like their own bedroom. I just thought it could probably use a little more staff because it seemed to be a little understaffed.
