Mother in law was found passed in her bathroom. She had been there at least 2 days. Make sure your lived one is checked on if they don't answer the door or show for meals. She had been stewing in her body fluids. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE BATHROOM. When we arrived to clear out the apartment the mess was still there and the place smelled like decay. They also do NOT have an easy method to report concerns to headquarters. So they get this review instead.

My mother lives at Bridge Park. Atria Retirement took over management of Bridge Park in April of 2020 and the quality of life has plummeted ever since. The budget conscious new management has either fired or driven away all but a very small group of well-loved staff. Currently there is no maintenance person so repairs aren’t being done and housekeeping is sporadic. As of this morning Mom’s toilet hadn’t been cleaned in two weeks and it’s been longer than that since her floor has been vacuumed.. Food is generally well prepared but it seems like the kitchen isn’t given the budget it needs to provide healthy and balanced meals for the community. Choices of entrees are limited and run out. Portion sizes have been reduced and many dinners are merely a choice of cold sandwiches. A snack refrigerator that used to be well-stocked isn’t anymore. Several residents have moved out since Atria took over, changing the community. Many apartments are vacant. Mom doesn’t want to move. Despite everything, she has a comfortable apartment and good friends here. It’s sad to see this once vibrant community succumb to poor management and corporate greed. Mom feels that management does not respect her as a person. Only As a rent check.

I visited Bridge Park and they invited me to have lunch there. We looked at some of the facilities before lunch, and I had lunch with three residents. It was a very nice lunch. The place was very nice, and the food was very nice. They had salon, a theater, and a classroom. They have scheduled trips you can sign up for, and they have exercises. The staff was very friendly, and it was a very nice tour.

Bridge Park was nice. The rooms were nice and roomy enough. The staff I met was nice. They were doing some physical activities like bouncing the ball around and painting classes.

There are a lot of things that I like about Bridge Park. We like being here and I think we'll be here for quite awhile. They have lots of activities. Most of the time the food is very good, especially breakfast. The people are friendly. I think the staff is very good. If you have a question, you can go to the office and talk to them. We like our apartment. It's very clean.

Bridge Park was a very good, larger community. They were very helpful. We were able to tour some apartments, and my mom liked the size. However, it was independent living only, and she may need assisted living at some point. It was also far from where we live. The staff was good, very helpful, and friendly, but the chef and director were only there a few months. They had a comparable variety of activities.

I moved into Bridge Park yesterday. I have not met a lot of the staff yet aside from the nice marketing guy. It seems very nice, clean, and welcoming.

I moved my mom moved into Bridge Park. Her apartment is fine, and she’s very happy there. She’s done a couple of tai chi classes and went on the shuttle bus a couple of times. My mom’s biggest complaint is the food because the quality and the quantity are inconsistent. There are always a lot of people out and milling around, whether they’re sitting downstairs in the dining room or in different rooms doing activities.

I was very pleased during my visit at Bridge Park and I am hoping to go back to this place again. The place was beautiful. The staff that showed me around was so accommodating. She introduced me to people and showed all of the accommodations that were available to be seen. I was really impressed and they would also allow me to keep my pet. This would be the place that I want to go.

I have decided and moved into Bridge Park because it is just convenient, and my son has bought a house close by. He bought that before I came here, but that made me choose to come here. It is fine; you got the bed, and you got the goods. It all depends on how the person is. I just visited a couple of times and decided this was in my monetary range, and I am taking it from there. The apartments are fine. They have many different types, and you decide what you want and wait for one to become empty. Some of them are quite spacious, and some -- even though they don't have a bedroom -- are still spacious. The kitchen in the apartment is not really a kitchen because we get three meals a day. I haven't participated too much in the activities, but they have movies and music and things like that.
