Since the new CEO came, it’s like a whole new place! They use to put the residents/staff first but now it just seems the CEO cares about money. The staff have said he is unkind. They are have staff leave quicker than they can bring staff on. Long time employees are leaving and it really makes me wonder. My dad has lived there for 7 years now and we have always loved it but not so much now.
