Meadows Place, our senior living community in Ellensburg, is warm, cozy, and homelike from the moment you walk in the door. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. We welcome pets and help our residents thrive in mind and body through activities, such as dance aerobics, bible study, tai chi, ice cream socials, bingo, and afternoon tea. We also go on country drives, tour the windmills, visit the bison, and look at Christmas lights. We also attend the local rodeo and fair. My uncle is in Meadows Place. The place is clean and nice, but it's just very expensive. The workers there are good, they're kind. They have a game room where they do bingo and stuff, but it's not really what you would call an actual room. His room is nice and clean, it has its own balcony and it's got a microwave. They don't have much of an outdoor area, but I saw their dining area and it was nice.

My husband is in Meadows Place. He said the staff is very, very kind, and very caring. He's very happy there. He did a bible study there several years ago, and he was familiar with it. He liked the location. It's off the road, and it's quiet. He very much liked the people working there, so it was a pretty easy choice for him. It's very nice and very clean. I don't think he has taken part in any of the activities yet. The nurse is very thoughtful and very kind. The facility is very nice.
