To further ensure that you receive the highest standard of care, our staff members participate in monthly skill building sessions and ongoing continuing education.
Care tailored to your needs is our first priority.
We meet with you to develop a customized and flexible plan of services. The goal of this plan is to maximize your independence. Our caregivers are available for as little as two hours per visit or as much as 24 hours a day, every day. We are on call after hours and weekends and often able to accommodate requests within 24 hours.
Consistent communication and effective collaboration.
We always welcome your input and questions, and as your needs change, we will work with you to revise the service plan to effectively address your needs.
Skilled medical services provided should the need arise.
The nurses and therapists of Touchmark Home Health are available to assist in your care should a change in your health require skilled medical services. Together as a medical and caregiving team our staff is uniquely equipped to effectively help you remain home during your recovery.
