Chehalis West provides assisted living in a safe, secure, friendly, and caring environment. We offer on-site, licensed, nursing staff available 24 hours a day, private, individual apartments, housekeeping and laundry services, three nutritional meals daily, and an on-site beauty salon/barber shop, in addition to many other amenities.

Our building is designed for the safety of the residents in a home-like environment and is staffed with an on-site care team as well as an on-call licensed nurse 24 hours a day. Each apartment has a kitchenette and large private bathroom and was designed with seniors and physically challenged individuals in mind. Our dietary staff is pleased to accommodate special dietary needs. In addition, our activity programs are designed to keep the residents active and social, thus creating a fun and friendly environment, and an inviting place to live.
