I was a patient in the rehab department of Patriot's Colony 2 times following leg amputations. It is the best place. Great care, awesome staff, Great food, good PT, OT, etc. It was like staying at a five star resort. Better than the other rehabs I've been to.

My sister was in rehab at The Convalescent Center at Patriots Colony for a short time. It was really nice. The staff as a whole was very good. There were a couple of incidents that needed addressing, but they were resolved. The food was pretty good. She did both physical and occupational therapy.

I thought that the facilities at Patriot's Colony were quite nice and impressive. It was clean, new, and well maintained. The residents received a lot of attention from the different staff members and nurses that worked there. Members of the assisted living area often helped and performed services for the members of the dementia unit. Those living in the dementia unit had certain days where they would go to hair appointments, get their nails done, etc. Residents also did exercise sessions that were led by a staff member. Other activities that I saw the residents participate in included games such as bingo, arts and crafts, and watching movies. All of my interactions with the staff members were very positive. They were all very friendly both with me and the residents at the facility. Whenever the residents needed help the employees were available to help them. Some of the residents were highly functioning while others were not yet all of them received the attention they needed. The facility was also very secure so that the residents with dementia could not leave without being accompanied by a member of the staff since a lot of the residents were in the very late stages of dementia.
