My experience at Oakhill was terrible. The staff was too busy socializing rather than taking care of their patients. The food looked worse than dog food. As matter of a fact, I wouldn't dare feed the food they serve to my dog. My grandmother informed me that she asked for assistance in the bathroom and one of the workers was having a bad day and called her a vulgar name. That type of language and verbal abuse is unnecessary to not only the elderly, but to anyone! I would not wish this type of treatment to my worst enemy! As soon as you walk unto the floor you smell a horrific smell of urine and feces as if the facility had not been cleaned since they opened. Never again will one of my relatives go into a facility like this one.
