Terrible care. Call bells are never answered, residents are left to fend for themselves. Medication is not administered and doctors and Nurse practioners do not respond to health issues. Food is horrible and you only get half of what is on the menu and that is cold. Bathrooms are filthy and disgusting and they have rats.

The rooms and halls are dirty and worn out. The staff, most of them, are very nice. You will find a few who are rude to residents, and you will even catch them speaking horribly to residents when walking through the halls; a few are very sarcastic. The activities are rare; they stay alone in their rooms, sleeping or watching TV. They may get out for therapy from time to time. They offer therapies in a rundown facility.

It appears my reviews get taken off as I submit them. I will continue to make reviews for this is my right. What I share is the truth. This facility is like none I have ever seen or worked in. I have 22 years of nursing exp. The rooms are not clean. Repairs need done in the rooms. They are very short staffed. Quality of care is very poor and our loved ones suffer tremendously. No rehab. They don't get my loved one out of bed unless a doc appointment. My loved one went from walking with a walker to not walking at all. . Call bells going off every where.. This is just for starters. I have never seen activities unless someone is scheduled to come there. I will say again sorry if I offended anyone there however this is for the public to know.

The staff often seem nearly as sick as the residents and don't know what is wrong with their patients. The place smells like urine and feces. The halls are often crowded with wheelchairs, linen carts, medical carts and food trays. The rehabilitation staff seems competent and helpful but not the nursing staff.

The people who work there are very nice. I know they had my grandparent's best interests at heart. I thought it was cute that they had room mates. My grandparents got along well with their roommates and they were always happy to talk to us when we would visit. There is a court yard, which is nice, but it is rather underwhelming. It could be better maintained. The dining hall is probably the best part with its high ceilings and long tables. As nice as the people there were, I always wished we didn't have to put my grandparents there. The facilities are drab and just generally depressing. The wood panels and the fact that everything is brown makes it look like some sort of 1980's rehab facility. There are nicer homes in the area, we just could not afford it. it is a safe place, but just a bit depressing.
