Our family member started out in the rehab which is the Sullivan Center. Those caregivers were WONDERFUL. We are sorry that they will be negatively impacted by this review. Fast forward to a move to long term care in the Hosier center. Our family member was neglected, talked down to and ignored. Our private nurse (who was requested to be there in the rehab after one night there by the social worker) confirmed the poor treatment. Suddenly we were not allowed to have a night nurse after we expressed our concerns to the social worker and the nurses at the Hosier center. We are taking our family member out of there after less than a week. Don't bother contacting administration, nobody will respond, they will just pass the buck.
