I was at Beaufont Health Care Center. It's one of my favorite places in the world. The nurses there are great. The people that give me therapy are 100%. They're some of the best I've ever seen, and I have had therapy before in other places. It's like a family atmosphere. I love that place. I even tried to stay there, but of course, I couldn't because I didn't make enough money. The staff are excellent. They're very caring. The food was great. I gained weight, so that tells you something. They had bingo on Wednesdays and yoga on Thursdays. You can go in there any time you want to and read books or do puzzles.

My father was in Beaufont for rehab and it was pretty good. The staff was friendly and our answered questions. The facility was always clean, it did not smell bad, and they made sure the bedroom was cleaned every day. The dining area was okay.

Never take your relative here! I went in after a knee replacement and I had a fever during my whole stay but they would not take my vital signs unless my daughter came up there. I received my morning medications extremely late and on multiple occasions i heard the nurses standing outside of my room speaking rudely about patients. They would leave my roommate in her bed with soiled clothing on and they never would answer the call bell. I will never go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone. Please please beware.

I was told by professionals from the hospital my step-father was in that this was a new and very nice facility. My step-father did not like it, though. I was also disappointed to learn that after he had been there a week that they had not gave him a bath. While he was in the hospital they could only give him bedbaths, so getting a real bath or shower was very important and needed. I complained for him and I later learned from my step-father that they gave him a cold shower. I was very upset. Also, the bed he was one was pretty, but it was small, like a child's bed. My step-father's feet would hang over the bottom end. I complained and the maintenance was able to lengthen the bed for him. My step-father and I were not very happy with the slow service whenever anything would be needed. I believe they were under staffed. I arranged within several weeks for my step-father to go home and receive at home care and we both hope we never have to be in a nursing home, but if you it is ever necessary we hope it would be possible to have a private room and bath. The food there was alright and it was clean. They had activities and television at each bed, which was nice, but I will already know that there is no place like home!
