My dad is a resident of Commonwealth Memory Care at Chesapeake. So far, everyone has been very nice, they're very professional, and it seems that they put the care and concern of my dad first. We were out of town last week, so they sent me a picture to show me that he was doing okay. It's been very good so far. His room is big, it's clean, and it's very nice. They've got a barber onsite, they've got a TV room, exercise, puzzles, they do a daily devotional, they've got snacks for everybody and plenty of ice cream. They also have books, they have big outdoor bowling, and they keep them busy. The building itself is older but they maintain it and they do a very good job of keeping it clean.

We've placed my dad at Commonwealth Memory Care at Chesapeake. All of their staff are fantastic. They helped me get my father into this facility when nobody else would. They held my hand while I cried, they've taken him to the hospital, and they took him back when he was in hospice. The staff are all so friendly to all of the residents. Overall, they're just a very caring facility. Amanda and Patrice are like angels sent from above. You have the option to have your own room or a shared room. My dad shares a room with somebody and it's just been pretty good. Dad has been comfortable there. They have different activities there and they try to focus on the activity that each resident enjoys to help build memory support. I've tried their food and it's delicious. They have a large beautiful courtyard that the residents can go out to. The residents can also do gardening.

My wife is in Commonwealth Memory Care at Chesapeake. They're very attentive and well staffed. They take care of their residents. It's a five-star facility. It's spectacular. It's clean as a whistle. I have not tried the food yet, but from the menus that I've looked at, it looks phenomenal. The residents have choices, which you don't see very often. The occupational health nurse keeps every resident very busy all day. They're doing crafts, mental and physical exercises, and ice cream socials. They're doing it all. All they do at this place is memory care. They only have a census for 50 residents and that's it. They're just phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you and your family.

My mom moved into Commonwealth Memory Care at Chesapeake a month ago. The people that work there seem like they care about the people there, and they did everything they could to work with us to get her in as soon as possible. The staff is nice to her. The food looks delicious, she's happy with the food, and she's picky. Everything is very clean. She's active, she plays bingo. She's done flower arranging. She's painted pumpkins for Halloween, she's done some other Disney theme this month, and she painted some kind of Disney picture. They have music there and she likes that, and I think she went to the devotional time Sunday morning. So she's happy. They're keeping her busy, and she's enjoying it.

My dad has moved into Commonwealth Memory Care at Chesapeake. It's affordable, and it's specifically for memory care. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. I have seen their food, but I haven't tried it myself. It looked good though. His room is clean and comfortable. It's exactly what my dad needs. They do bingo, some arts and crafts, and some singing. I think it's great care, especially for the price.

I found everything at Commonwealth Memory Care to be excellent. The staff that toured me around was wonderful. It was very homey, very cozy, and warm. The staff was very welcoming and informative, and they were open to me coming back for any further questions I had. Everything was explained upfront. They have outdoor facilities so they can go outside, they have arts and crafts, they have celebrations for holidays, and they just do things to keep everybody occupied. I also noticed that they take them for walks around the facility.

We saw Commonwealth Memory Care at Chesapeake. It was clean, it was older, everybody there was very nice, but it was not the type of care that my mother-in-law needed yet. They offered the basic amenities. The staff said they were getting ready to be remodeled.

My dad was here. They took very good care of him. He seemed to be happy there. The dining area was very clean. Food was very well-proportioned for what they needed. The staff was wonderful. Every time I stopped by, they were very nice, very sweet, and attentive about everything.

We were very impressed with the young lady who gave us a tour. The place has more people with more advanced dementia than my father has. They have an activity room and a courtyard. It was a nice, clean place.

It had a courtyard where the residents could go out, and they had a walking trail. They had a lot of programs, and the staff was very nice. It was pretty quiet in there.
