The staff took wonderful care of my loved one as well as anyone who visited. The facility is clean and homelike. Every room has its own bathroom and shower. The residents always seemed to have smiles on their faces.

Greenfield of Woodstock was very, very nice and very accommodating. It's more of a home structure type of assisted living. They have single rooms and double rooms. The single rooms have their own bathrooms and facilities. Those people who could tend to themselves can use the small kitchen that they have. They also have a nice lounge room with a fireplace.

My mom has been staying in Greenfield of Woodstock since last year. It was pretty rough when the COVID stuff was going on, being locked down and everything like that. Right now, they're trying to get more activities going. Although it's still a little bit slow and they haven't been able to do the activity bus or anything like that yet, they're getting them back to normal.
Their biggest problem is just getting the amount of consistent staff, and I think everybody's having that issue, as far as staff turnover. My mom just likes consistency. It's hard for her to get consistency if they have different people all the time. I'm hoping they're going to get consistent crew, and they're still working on that. Other than that, they've made a bunch of upgrades and different things, so everything's looking pretty good.
Overall, I think she's pretty satisfied with the portions of the food. She's always saying they get too much to eat, but she doesn't eat all that much herself. As far as the quality of the food, I think everything's pretty good too.
For the most part, the facility is in pretty good condition. They keep everything looking nice. Price wise, it's also pretty good because they're pretty comparable with what you get everywhere else.

I toured this community about four months ago when trying to find a place for my mom. I found the staff to be well informed and professional. The also seemed to care deeply about what they do. Of all the options available in the area it seemed to be the best by far.
It has now been a few weeks since she moved in and I am extremely happy with the care she is receiving.

The staff are kind, caring and treat my Dad with dignity and respect. On numerous occasions I have witnessed them go above and beyond in their care of him. Its a relief to know that he's in good hands!

I can't express enough gratitude for the attentive and professional care Greenfield is demonstrating in regards to my mother. She has been at the community for around 5 months and is extremely happy—what with new friends, great meals, and numerous activities. There's never a dull moment!
Thank you!

Greenfield Senior Living is homely and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal.
Overall, a thoroughly excellent care home. The staff are caring and their residents are treated with dignity.
There are many activities to keep the residents occupied and the facilities are in great shape and kept clean.
My father is extremely happy there!

Everything about this community is great. The staff and the level of care they provide, the surroundings and the food. I am very satisfied and so is my father who has been there a few weeks now.

Greenfield of Woodstock was not nice. Our visit was horrible. Someone made an appointment, but they didnt know we had an appointment when we got there. The place didn't smell and look nice. It seemed like people were in worse shape, and I was not impressed at all with it. Most of the rooms were shared and small, and they're very expensive.

Greenfield of Woodstock was a very busy place. My mom spent a week there for respite care, and the nurses were wonderful. Mom enjoyed the food and the conversations she had with the people. The place wasn't trying to be high-end; it was just a normal-looking place. Mom's shared room was nice. They did a lot of therapies and had an activity director. It had an older population compared to the other places.

I visited this community for possible placement of a family member. The staff were incredibly nice, the director was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the aging process which is very comforting. She introduced me to all of the staff and even some residents were willing to tell their stories of moving in. I would highly recommend this place and have placed my family on the waiting list.

I toured Greenfield of Woostock and even though an employee saw me, they did not greet me. The director took me in her office, but I did not feel welcome. I was not impressed at all. The room was dark.

Greenfield of Woodstock was a very nice place, and the staff was friendly. I liked it. The dining area looked nice, and the rooms are very nice, really big, and pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I liked her. It was a little more expensive -- more expensive than I thought it was going to be.

I visited Greenfield and did not like it. It was crowded, small, and depressing. We didn’t get to see anything; we had to sit in the office and talk to the director. It wasn’t airy and bright. I was not pleased with it. Very expensive for what they offer. They didn’t give me full information which is too bad.

We visited Greenfield of Woodstock for my mother, which is just down the street from us. The residents seemed to interact a lot with the staff, which was great. There seemed to be lots of activities.

The lady that was in charge at Greenfield of Woodstock, her specialty was with patients that had memory issues. She was very knowledgeable and very kind. They did have a room that my brother would have to share with someone. Unfortunately, the cost of it was more than I could afford. They did have similar activities to the other facility. The dining area was very nice. It was more going out to eat dining room type of setting, so it wasn’t like cafeteria setting. It was very well kept and very nice.

Greenfield of Woodstock was beautiful. It was very clean and very neat, and the staff was very friendly. It was attractive and homey. They were very nice, but when I realized that I couldn't afford it, I didn't go into the details because there was no point. I'd give it a four only because I didn't interact with anybody other than the tour lady.
