The facility is clean and has loving, caring staff. All staff go above and beyond when caring for your loved one. When we visit, we are greeted by name and given an update if any, about our loved one. The communication between the facility to us is above expectation!

The staff at Greenfield of Strasburg was very helpful and very personable. They gave me some good pointers on things that I should check out (even outside that facility). I found the facility to be very pleasant and clean. Their menu looked fine. They had a variety of choices. We were seeing an empty room that I think had been cleaned. I think they were planning to paint it, but I saw a cockroach immediately (which I think that sort of happens down south, not necessarily because it's not clean). Otherwise, I would still give the facilities a 5.

Greenfield of Strasburg was very nice, and the rooms seemed very nice. We saw a dining room and suites. There was an apartment that had a kitchenette and a bathroom. My mom doesn't like the fact that there was no bathtub, just a shower. The staff was wonderful. They certainly seemed very friendly and professional as well. The place itself was clean and well-maintained. When we sat in the room and talked to the administrator, there was the smell of urine.

We visited Greenfield of Strasburg. We liked the place and saw a single deluxe room. The staff seemed good, and the activities were similar with other places. The price was too high for what they had to offer, but the place looked nice and clean.

I liked Greenfield of Strasburg and its people. The guy who showed me around was very helpful and spent a lot of time talking to me. It's a smaller place and had fewer people in it, but it seemed like a nice community.

My mom was at Greenfield of Strasburg for 10 days. The place was really nice and very clean. My mother was really impressed with the food. They had a chef who didn’t just fix one meal that everybody had to eat. You have your choice of several items. She was also really impressed with the activities and the social community. The residents got out of their rooms, and they had a lot going on for entertainment. The staff was kind of snippy with my mother and told her that they didn’t have time to help her bathe in the sink on days that she didn’t get showers. There was one aide in particular who, when she dressed her in the morning, was very snippy with her and told her that she didn’t have time. When my mother needed to go to the bathroom, a nurse out in the hall giving out meds told her that she wasn’t the only patient, that there were 40-something patients, so she would have to wait her turn, and she couldn’t walk. We were really dissatisfied with the place and ended up moving her out. It wasn’t just for that reason; we wanted to get her close to home.

I was really impressed with Greenfield. It was a smaller community that had apartments, which was one of the things Mother was looking for. I believe we were taken around by the director, who was very informative, and it was very obvious that the residents knew her and were comfortable talking to her. Everybody appeared to enjoy being there. They had a calendar of activities and were in the process of switching the activities director. It had a very nice atmosphere. The people sat there and easily talk to you and interact with you.

My mom is staying in Greenfield of Strasburg. They are very good, and I don't have any issues. They have something going on every day, like bingo, movie nights, snack nights and birthday parties for the residents. They have animals once a month. It is a pretty decent place. We are happy with it, and she seems content. The food and the dining area are OK.

We liked Greenfield. My younger daughter and I stopped in there unannounced on a Sunday afternoon, and the director of the place took about two hours with us to go through everything. We met some of the residents and staff members, and saw all the different types of rooms. They had independent and assisted living. I thought it was excellent and would trust my parents to live there. The rooms might be smaller than what my parents were looking for, but they were nice and had everything that they would need. We saw their dining area and even the kitchen to meet the staff preparing the food. Everything looked very clean. The place looked like a house. They had a hairdresser that came in for the ladies once a week as well as a calendar of activities. Everything was pretty good.

We choose Greenfield of Strasburg for my mother-in-law. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are homey and very nice. I have not eaten there myself, but my family member did, and they said it is very nice. They have many activities. They have community visits, bingo, and holiday activities.
It impresses me that they are very kind, warm, and welcoming. They seem to meet the needs of my mother-in-law the most.
