After lives no at the Marque for a few years, the management changed and the apartment complex has gone downhill ever since. The maintenance staff is wonderful, but the office staff is rude, highly defense if problems are reported, and have no interest in residents' issues. Often the office door is closed. We are now undergoing a siege of biting insects-Mosquitos, fire ants, no-seeums-all because stagnant water is everywhere. The owners refuse to repair pumps for little ponds the now have larvae everywhere. The health department has been here, and still no repairs. This company could care less. Don't even bother coming here.

Marque at Heritage Hunt was a nice place, and they had nice rooms. They had a parking facility for my car. They had food and served dinner, and the dining area looked very nice. They had a very nice community as well as the staff and the people.

My mother is living in Marque at Heritage Hunt. I think there are around 200 apartments in this complex and has four levels of apartments, from one-bedroom up to three-bedroom in size. The apartment is nice and carpeted without throw rugs. She has a door to the outside, so she has nice lighting. She chose the two-bedroom apartment, so she has more than enough space to walk around. There's a nice accommodated kitchen and a little dining area, so it’s quite pleasant. There are a few activities there. Mom says they have a social club that meets once a week and a billiard table. Once in a while, they take out the older people who want to go somewhere. If you want to go to the grocery store and not drive, you can take the van, but you do pay for it. Food is not provided. It has elevators, which are very helpful, but I think it’s over priced.

I worked for a local flower shop and have delivered flowers here. As a community it's a beautiful building, everything is very elegant and clean. I have never seen someone be treated rudely and most of the staff seem very helpful to the residents. There was once a woman who was given a rough time getting a pizza by the woman at the front desk, it was late and she had just moved in and was unaware of some procedure, but I haven't seen that front desk woman for quite sometime. Everyone else is lovely, in fact they won't let visitors in the building unless they verify that you are home, just to keep things secure. I hope myself that the day I'm ready to move into once of these communities that I find one as nice as this.
