I toured Fox Trail Assisted Living at Manassas for my dad. We are already in the works of putting him in.
They have 24-hour care, and they also do games and activities every day, and every day it's different. It's small and a tight-knit community; just one floor of assisted living. And they offer individual suite-style, a two-bedroom, and a two-bedroom shared as well. So, they have multiple options for housing as well.
She was welcoming, attentive, and she was just explaining all the details. She gave me a tour and talked about the prices and the assessment that we went through with my dad and all that. It was nice.
I think they had a little porch-like sitting area. They have a movie night, popcorn night, bingo, and walking. They make their own necklace, jewelry, and they have a creative style where you make your own stuff. They just get them moving, walking, exercising, and just being more social.
