About This Community

With Tribute at One Loudoun, we redefined everything – starting with the terms. We don’t call Elders seniors, we call them…Elders. We don’t have a facility – around here, we refer to that as ‘the f word’. Walk in and see a group of young moms huddled in a cozy booth, coffee in hand, soaking in the parenting wisdom of one of our residents. Around a nearby table, you may see a group of young, ambitious businessmen sharing a beer with several Tribute residents who are assisting in refining a new business plan. Here your loved one has the opportunity to learn and grow, and still pursue their passions.

We have two living options under one roof.

Assisted Living is ideal for residents who value their independence, but may need assistance with daily activities. Our community team members are raving fans of encouraging independence with assistance readily accessible at all times of day.

Memory Care is for our Elders who are living with some form of memory loss. Every member of the Tribute at One Loudoun team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified. That includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. The education allows us to interact with our memory care residents as unique individuals rather than objects in need of care. Residents are engaged with the goal of helping them recapture moments of memories and the recognition of loved ones.

My mother did not receive the care that was due to her according to her doctors orders and what was committed to her by the facility before moving in. There were excessive wait times for help (in excess of 30 minutes) on multiple occasions. Also, meds were not given according to schedule or what was the allowable window of time. She required several doses of several meds each day. In some cases, a dose was given several hours late or not at all. A complaint was filed with the VA DSS and Tribute was found to be in violation in several areas of care.

Tribute at One Loudoun is a great facility. It's more like a hotel than any kind of assisted living/memory care facility. Everybody is very helpful, all the facilities available are top-notch, and everybody is extremely helpful. The residents are all very welcoming too. They do all types of activities like they take the residents out to various places and programs.

My mom has moved into Tribute at One Loudoun. I like the location and the fact that she was already in their hospice. The same hospice group that services Tribute is what's handling her at home, so that was an easy transition. It's close to where she lived and it's close to my older brother, so her friends can still come and visit. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We moved her into one room and they ended up opting to put her in a large room, so we actually moved her twice. The place is really pretty, very nice, and very well equipped. It is not the largest room, but it is comfortable for her. It has two large windows in it, so there's a lot of natural light.

Tribute at One Loudoun was very nice. Basically, they offer art classes, movies, they go on trips, and take the residents to doctors' appointments. They also provide meals and they have different levels of care. So they have just about everything. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Their apartments were very nice and their dining area was nice as well. There were no activities going on while I was there since it was Sunday.

Tribute at One Loudoun was very nice. This was where we would have gone for my brother's long-term care, and he would have gotten the most value for his stay. It's brand new, extremely clean, they have large rooms, and they have a lot of community activities. I was given a tour by the salesperson. Aside from the many activities they have a nice library, and a lot of common spaces. The place itself was bright and spacious. It's a good value for your money because they have a set price per room, and you don't get add on costs for the levels of care.

My mother is in Tribute at One Loudoun. She doesn't like the food at all, and they need to increase the staff to patient ratio. It's a beautiful place, they're responsive, and they're trying, but they need to improve the number of staff members and improve the food a little bit. It also has very good pricing.

Tribute at One Loudoun is new with low occupancy as they're still in the process of filling up. So far, everybody has been friendly and accommodating. The food has been good and the dining area is very nice, it's like going to a restaurant. There's a salon, crafts room, activities room where the residents can view movies or football games, and a game room. A shuttle bus is there for them to use for hospital visits, or school plays and things like that.
