I'm a resident here at Overture Fair Ridge 62+ Apartment Homes. We have tons of activities. We have food Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In the afternoon we have a mix-and-mingle with wine and food snacks. We have exercise classes, book clubs, a fan club, card games, bingo, and billiards. They do Canasta and Bridge all the time. They have water aerobics in the outdoor pool. We have an activities club that plans trips to plays and brings musicians in to play for us. They put on movies every day. It's just a very active community. I love it here. The apartments are gorgeous. There's plenty of space. You have your own washer/dryer, you have a balcony, you have a huge bathroom with a seat in the shower, and there are handlebars.

Overture Fair Ridge 62+ Apartment Homes is very spacious. It's perfect for me. It wasn't too big. I liked that they have a lot of activities there. They do a lot of trips, and lunches and they have a food truck that comes every week. So, that was something different. It was great.
Also, they have this garden sectioned off where you can have your own little spot and grow plants there. They have a salon, a pool, a fitness center, and a coffee bar where you can get coffee any time you want (and that impressed me). The staff was very helpful and pretty nice. They would ask you if you got any questions. The building was very nice, too. It's right across the street from a mall. There's a hotel not too far from it as well as the fire department.

I love Overture Fair Ridge. I’ve lived here since November 2019. In my 66 years I have never enjoyed living in an Apartment Complex as much as Overture at Fair Ridge! Breakfast 6 days a week, Manager, every employee, maintenance included, all are superb at what they do! They all care about the residents. They have plenty of a variety of interesting activities. Plenty of stores within walking distance. A garage for your car, they allow pets.
People are all extremely friendly, no place on earth have I lived in such a great place. It’s very quiet and peaceful, people respect your privacy. There is always someone (always friendly)in the lobby to answer the phone and take care of you.
This place is my home now, I am so happy living here! Even with the COVID 19 shelter in place, Overture will take care of you!!

My apartment is beautiful and new. It has granite counters!! (I bake and I LOVE them) My floors are wood type and easy to clean but still very quiet to walk on. Staff have all been very nice to deal with. But I have noticed that young people change jobs more than back in my day. Our manager now is a nurse and worked in Senior Living homes before. She has been here for all of 2019 and doesn't show any signs of leaving, which is good for us. Someone mentioned the pool being closed. It is true that it has been closed for a little while. There is still a lot to do here. The manager is working to get it open again. I heard her when I was in her office today. This place is a blessing to those who choose to receive it.

I moved in because of location, work-out room and swimming pool. Swimming pool has been closed since July 13 with no sign it will re-open any time soon...or at all this summer. Unacceptable. Management does not seem stable...have seen lots of turnover in the 8 months I’ve lived here. Some maintenance issues handled promptly, others take months to resolve. Other ‘amenities’- continental breakfast, bus to grocery stores-I pay for but do not use. Having second thoughts about staying.

Overture Fair Ridge was very nice and clean. The apartments were spacious, and Bobby who took me on the tour was very helpful. I would live there. The dining area was nice but they only serve breakfast. I didn't see any activity going on at the time I visited, but they have a lot of them. They had card games, take you to grocery stores around there, and have other outings that the residents go on.

Overture Fair Ridge is good, that's why we're going there. It's nice, convenient, clean, has parking, and is close to grocery shopping. The facilities are perfect.

Overture Fair Ridge is actually a 62-plus community. It is for active senior adults. It is absolutely lovely; it looks like a resort. It is completely filled with amenities. You have folks that are on the move and involved in activities. They provide breakfast and they provide social hours Monday through Thursday. They have a gym and a pool. My in-laws moved into this community. Everybody has been fine there. It has been a great experience overall. The food is excellent. They have yoga, pilates, exercise groups in the morning, game night, and shows.
