I visited Brightview Fair Oaks. We like the fact that it was within just a couple of miles of my current residence. I didn't want to move too far away from where we've been because of the amenities and the facilities that we have available to us (doctor, dentist). Everything is pretty close to us. We're not looking to move too far away. It was brand new and they were still hiring. We looked at the independent apartments. The staff during the tour was very pleasant, very informative, and easy to talk to. They had an outdoor area. They offer daily activities, and they have an in-house chef and a physical therapist. They have their own vehicle for excursions away from the facility. They just opened up in the last several months, so it's all brand new.
