BrightStar Care needs to fulfill their skilled nursing duties and to send a replacement nurse when my regular cannot be there. They come in every 6 weeks to give me my IV infusion that I cannot do on my own. I would like for my caregiver to be here on time and efficient.

The nurse that they sent to do the infusion knows what she's doing and if very professional. She's capable, courteous and shes bonded with my family. It's more than I expected. This is necessary for me and I forget sometimes.
