Our eighty-two-room community is comprised of fifty-eight private and semi-private Assisted Living apartments as well as an additional twenty-four private and semi-private rooms located on our secure Memory Unit.

We offer all-inclusive services which includes access to 24/7 nursing services, laundry, housekeeping, linen changes, restaurant style dining, a full range of activities, outings, and much more. We have decided on the English Meadows Abingdon Campus for my mom. Closeness to home is one of the big factors. Several places seemed like good places but this one's not very hospital-like and it's very homey. I looked at their memory care during my visit. I haven't experienced much of the place because she hasn't checked in yet, but just right off the bat, they seem to treat their people well. The staff seemed very good and very conscientious and it's a fairly well-put-together team. It's a nice and attractively laid-out place. They seemed fully equipped too. They had a little workout area and had a courtyard, and of course, a dining room and a little library too. I don't know how much of that my mother will be interested in but they still have a well-put-together set of facilities.
