We visited Truewood by Merrill in Cottonwood Heights and I recommend it. We toured their assisted living. I like the staff, and it seems to have more staff than the others. Good staff too, friendly, and caring. It was good. It's located on a creek and it's a gorgeous place. I liked it because it was a little bit smaller than most of them.

I visited and it was great. The outdoor space was really nice, a creek ran through it, and the suites were really nice too. We were looking at a studio, it was really nice, and it had nice carpeting. The lady who gave us the tour was great.

I like it very much. I think they got some really good aides. I don’t have any complaints at all. The food was good. The staff was good. I had seen them reading to the residents. I had seen them throwing a ball back and forth to them. I had seen them doing several other things to stimulate them. I think they’re great. This place is clean. It doesn’t have a bad smell. Their aides seem to be on the ball. I really don’t have any complaints about it.

The staff was very friendly, especially Nadeen. She was very helpful, and answered all our questions. My dad will be needing this kind of facility soon, and this is at the top of our list.

Mom has been here for over a month now, but the staff seems to be competent and efficient. I had to put her there because she needs the level two care of an assisted living facility. I would recommend this facility to others. It is a really nice place.

The young man who took us was really nice. It’s very large with a lot of rooms, and it was in a very busy part of town. However, we really liked it, and it was on our list. It seemed like the staff was very caring, and there were a lot of nice activities for the people. We didn't taste the food, but we did sit down and talk to some people in the dining room, and they were all very positive about being there. The place was good all the way through.
