About This Community

At Family Tree we ensure the highest level of care for each resident and encourage them to communicate to our staff their individual needs.

Our all inclusive community is here to provide housing, gourmet meals, socialization, health care, and any other needs that our residents may have, all provided by our 24-hour on-site professional and caring nursing staff. You have come to the right place for Type l & Type ll or Independent walk out patio units in Northern Utah.

West Point city is a hidden jewel in Davis County, the rural but classy feel of this little community is truly Heaven on Earth. Many thanks to former Mayor John Petroff Jr., Jerry Chatterton, Boyd Davis, and the others at West Point City for taking a chance on us as their very first commercial building inside their city back in 2005.

We are located in the heart of downtown West Point, with a residential neighborhood to our north and fire station and city hall to our south, we find ourselves in an ideal location. None of which would be here without developer Ed Miles vision and commitment to this area (thank you, Ed).

We have 35 units (39 beds for couples) with just 4 Independent walks out patio units.

Now we are happy to have a full-service Medical Clinic and Pharmacy at the new West Point Medical Plaza right next door which is a convenience for our residents. All of our units are studios with walk in closet, full bathroom with walk in shower.

My father seems to be happy at the Family Tree Assisted Living of West Point. The staff is attentive, and his room is clean. I know they do things in the morning and early afternoon for them. They seem to have good activities. He likes breakfast. He hasn't liked some of the lunches and dinners as much. They have kind of a central common area where they gather to eat and I know that's where they do their little activities.

This place is truly one of the best. The staff is all amazing and friendly to talk to. When having my mother live here, I always knew she was in good hands! The rooms each have their own window and a nice sized bathroom. All of my interactions with the staff have been positive. The residents have daily activities, including on Saturday's as well. There is a piano player who comes in frequently to play for the residents. Truly one of the best and I HIGHLY cannot recommend this facility more!

I would recommend Family Tree Assisted Living of West Point. I love them, but the room was just a large bedroom with a bathroom. The staff was super friendly. The facility was small and had about 20 people, but it seemed like a big family. It seemed really warm and caring when I walked in the door. It was very clean. They were having a smoothie day when I was there.

I think the Family tree is the best place to have my brother live. The staff is fabulous!! They truly are there for the needs of the patients. They go the extra mile to take care of the residents and their family. Everyone is warm and friendly. They have activities, exercise hour and entertainment. The food is good too. If I ever need to be in an assisted-living facility that is where I want to go.

This facility is very nice, midsize, and full of friendly people. During my visit, I noticed that the staff seem very anxious to do everything possible to ensure the residents' happiness. Apparently, they have a red hat society which the residents just love. One lady in particular told me all about it, and what they did, and how she has this beautiful red hat and did I want to see it? She then segued into a lengthy discussion on her grandchildren and I was more than happy to listen. She seems very nice and happy at this facility. Although I just met her, I can tell the staff are taking good care of her, and the other residents here.
