The nurses were terrible except for one. They didn't answer my father's pager for hours, they would lie to us, and they would not check on him at night which would result in him soiling himself. We were constantly doing their job for them.

I liked that all the staff at PeachTree Place Assisted Living & Memory Care was friendly and helpful, and I thought their activity director did a good job at finding great activities for their residents. They have music performances, root beer float days, and chair exercises in some mornings. They have a hair salon, an ice cream parlor, and an activities room. They have a dining room that has a stage, and they have a piano and an organ.

PeachTree Place Assisted Living & Memory Care was very clean, very updated, and looks like it would be a great facility. I went to tour their assisted living. I liked the furniture in their apartments and I thought they were staged very well and looked very homey. The staff was very good, very nice, and very knowledgeable. The dining area looked clean but I did not try to eat. I saw where the activities take place because they were just getting done with the activity but I didn't witness it. They have patios and I really liked the one 1-bedroom unit because the patio overlooked it, and it's just a good view. It has a second floor though so it requires an elevator if there were emergencies. That would be my only concern.

I toured PeachTree Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. I thought the place was pretty good. They provided a lot of the care and things that we needed. They were very kind, knowledgeable about the situation that we were in, and very nice. They talked to us, said hello to us as we were walking by, and introduced themselves. The apartments were fine for dorm-sized apartments. They have a hall, an ice-cream parlor, a place to get drinks, and a garden. We had lunch and it tasted OK too.

We had a very informative tour of PeachTree Place Assisted Living & Memory Care. As I went in, I met the director, the secretaries at the front desk, and the majority of the staff. I thought there's only one or two people on site, but surprisingly, they were all there, and they all seemed to be very caring. I saw the hairdresser, the young lady that was cleaning up the laundromat, the young lady who was in charge of daily activities, and met some of the residents. We also saw some of the vacant rooms where we could possibly create my mother's new space.
The amenities were perfect. I'm big about rescuing animals, and I believe animal therapy is good, so knowing that the animals are welcome there is wonderful. It was very nice and very soothing, but the part that won me over was that they're the only establishment in the county that did not receive any COVID breakout so far.
There are different room layouts, and so I was able to select from a studio or a one-bedroom apartment. We went into the kitchen area, and there's several different areas where the residents can eat. There's one area where residents can use the microwave and cook their own food, then they have the dining facility that's surrounded by the fireplace where their dinner is brought to them.
I like the aesthetic of the building. It looked clean, nice, presentable, and warm. Everything was spacious, and the walkways were clear. The tables only have one to four items on them, so they were not cluttered. It smelled refreshing.

I visited the assisted living at PeachTree Place. The tour experience was good. It was a much bigger facility, which is what my dad did not want, because he wanted a smaller facility. It was very well kept, and the staff was friendly. They had a game room and dining rooms at different locations. This is a multi-story facility. There was nothing wrong with the facility per se, but it was just the wrong type of facility for what we wanted, and it was just too big.

My mother was a resident at PeachTree for 16 months. Upon touring the facility before she moved in she felt at home. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place for her to reside. All of the staff was very friendly and caring at all times. She started out in the Assisted Living side and then had to be moved to the memory care unit towards the end of her life, so our experience with the staff was throughout the facility. We can't thank the owner and staff enough for their guidance and loving care right up until the end.

My mother-in-law is at PeachTree Place, and it's been good so far. The living atmosphere is very nice. Her room has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, and we moved their furniture in, so it's very homelike for her. The food isn't as high as quality as I expected it to be, and she has complaints about it. She gets her medications and water brought to her. She has some nursing care and assisted care for only small things. It's a really nice facility. They have music, movies, crafts, games, and puzzles. It's just a little pricey.

My father was a recent resident at Peach Tree and the experience was wonderful. The room size was perfect for him with a very nice window which let in a lot of light. The staff keeps the facility very clean. The dining room was always very inviting. There is a cute snack area with ice cream cones and popcorn that is available to the residents and their families. Even though the facility is older, the renovations are very nice. The staff always were kind and patient-- they were always willing to answer any questions and checked on our father often to make sure he was comfortable. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Peach Tree Place.

I was very impressed with PeachTree Place. The administrator was incredibly committed. I would have moved my mom there had we not already been invested in another community. It's very clean, not nearly as large as the other community we visited, and has a different kind of setup. The rooms were not very large, but it felt very family-oriented. I was impressed despite the little interaction I had with the staff.
Troy the main nurse is good. The owner John is driving away good people. My father's medication bill doubled ( I heard they changed pharmacies to make things better). When I called the pharmacy about my bill being so much higher, they just said those are their prices. We will be moving soon. Any recommendations? The negative feel at this place is troublesone.

Peachtree Place was OK, but the rooms were small. They had pretty good dining areas with one on each floor, which made it a little more convenient for the patrons. They had a popcorn machine and an ice cream machine that were available for everybody. The staff was very pleasant and congenial.

It was very nice and clean, but it was just a little older, and it didn't seem quite as good as where my mom is. It also was not as large a living area as my mom's. An older lady had a birthday party there, and I was a guest of the family. I did not go through Peach Tree, but it's spacious overall.

My mother has been in Peachtree assisted living. She loved it there. It was very clean, and the people were fantastic. They had tons of activities like cards, bingo, and canastas, and they took them out. The food was good. The dining area was clean. At first it was OK, but then towards the end when we were starting to take her out because she needed more care, their nurses started to dwindle to where they only had one nurse for a whole floor, and that wasn't quite enough.

I think this facility is amazing. My mom is doing really well here in Peach Tree Place. She wasn't doing well in her old facility. I don't know if her medication has been adjusted, but it just seems like she is doing pretty well. The nurses there are really great, and the staff loves her. Even though her health is declining and her dementia is getting worse, she is doing well.

The idea is a great one, some of the staff is great, the problem is the CNA to resident ratio, in memory care there are 15 residents to one CNA for a good portion of the afternoon as well as the later evening hours! this does not allow for quality care. Was better when there was a med tech and CNA on every hall for ALL shifts! seems like making the most money vs resident care is the new goal....sad because the residents here deserve better. They do try but until all the bad apples are weeded out and quality staff is retained this facility will not meet the potential it has. The do try but are falling short at this time.

We went to visit Peachtree Place. It was not clean, and it had an odor. They didn’t have any type of gym to work out in, but the staff were nice.

The staff are excellent. They are clean, well groomed, and professional. The facility itself, while the outside looks a bit unkempt, is in good repair. It looks more like a college dorm or enclosed apartment complex than assisted living. The only thing that would bring them down a star was the food, they need to consider a different method of preparation and service. Overall, I am very happy to have my family member staying at this facility.

I love the staff. The nurses really seem to love the residents. They're gentle with them and loving. I've never heard an impatient or harsh word come from any one of them. The one time I visited, one of the residents was having a rough time. I don't know what it was about, but she was kind of moaning and crying. One of the nurses just talked gently with her and helped her. Most importantly, the nurse listened intently to the resident and did whatever she could to make it better. I don't know how it worked out, but with such great staff it's hard to believe that things didn't work out well in the end.
