My family member has been a resident at Tradition for 6 months now. It has been one headache after another. The CNA's are usually young and inexperienced. Some of them have treated my family member poorly and made her feel guilty when she needs help. during one visit, my family member waited over 30 minuted to get help after falling to the floor and needing help back onto bed. The roommates assigned to her room (which is a single person unit) had mental issues including schizophrenia and hoarding. Money has gone missing. The resident MD is sub par and missed a diagnoses which needed a specialist and surgery. The issue went untreated for 3 months. There has been more than one occasion when they were understaffed. On one of these occasions I watched the CNA's running around frantically while the nurse in charge sat in the front lobby visiting with residents for over an hour. My family member has been treated unkindly by other residents. I am seeking another location for placement of my family member.

Tradition Living is inexpensive, and it is a full service facility. It is not huge, but the staff seemed to be professional to a point. It’s a young group staff. Management switched three times in the last three years. The food seems OK. They played bingo, cards, guessing games, coloring, and puzzles.
