I did a tour of BeeHive Homes of Syracuse. Their facility there is mixed; they don't have a separate place for memory care and assisted living. It was really nice. They have a lot of nice things for the kids and for the patients.
We spoke with the owner of the place. She gave us the tour. She sat with us and talked with us for a while. It was like a home, instead of a facility. It was a smaller place, so they had more of a one-on-one basis. The owner was really nice and very knowledgeable. She's a registered nurse, and she was very amazing. They were clean and had a lot of space. Everything that was needed was there. They had one of the bikes where they had the seats in the front of the bicycle; they take the patients around, and that was interesting. The dining area was clean and very nice. it had a lot of space.
