My mother had been at Encompass. Every once in a while she had skilled nursing there, but it was mostly rehab. It was excellent. We have always liked it. The staff members were very kind. They were caring, they interacted with you in a great personable manner, and they were thoughtful. They were great, lovely people. My mother's room was clean, neat, and well taken care of. It was a nice-looking building with nice, big windows. It was pretty. I didn't ever have to pay for anything there, so I have no idea about its value for money.
